At Noore by Neetu Kaushal, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, you may request a return or exchange according to the guidelines below.

1. Return & Exchange Window

You may request a return or exchange within 7  days of receiving your order.

Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

All tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.

Items marked as Final Sale, custom-made, or personalized are not eligible for return or exchange.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect products are eligible for return/exchange, but must be reported immediately.

4. How to Request a Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange:

Order number

Reason for return/exchange

Photos (if the item is defective or incorrect)

Our team will respond with approval and return instructions.

Ship the product back to us using the instructions provided.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping charges are [borne by the customer / borne by us — choose one].

If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within [7–10 business days], back to your original payment method.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

If the requested item is unavailable, you may choose:
